Aidan began his construction career in New Zealand, where he gained experience working on high end homes, restaurants, hotels, and hospitality spaces. A carpenter by trade, he developed an appreciation for precision, enduring materials, and the difference that expert craftsmanship makes in a finished space.

After establishing Aidan Baker Construction in 2009, Aidan brought that experience to the Chicagoland area in 2015. Since then, the company has earned the trust of North Shore homeowners through consistently beautiful work, honest guidance, and a highly personal approach to construction.

Aidan remains closely involved throughout every project. He works alongside homeowners, architects, designers, tradespeople, and the ABC team to ensure each detail is carefully considered and every element is completed to the standard our clients expect.
